Welcome to Johnsons Surveys
We are a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors acting for clients requiring survey or valuation advice on residential property in the Doncaster and surrounding area.
We have been engaged in house surveys and professional valuation of houses since 1983, formerly being part of Johnson Fitzsimmons and then subsequently Johnsons.
The business is managed by Robert Johnson FRICS and the majority of surveys are Home Buyer Surveys undertaken by Paul Freeman FRICS who has over forty years’ experience. EPCs and floor plans are carried out by Richard Johnson, our qualified energy assessor and assistant surveyor.
We are regulated by RICS so you can be assured of an ethical, quality service and professional standards.

Paul Freeman FRICS

Richard Johnson BSc (Hons)
Joined Johnsons in 2010 after a year with Barnsdales and now specialising in Energy Performance Surveys, floorplans and assisting with surveys and appraisals. Also runs his own separate business, RCJ Residential.
Another casualty of Covid 19 has been the delay in implementing the new simplified standard for home surveys – to be put back to March 2021 from December 2020.
Clients of Johnsons Surveys will, however, be pleased to know that we have already implemented the proposed changes across our range of surveys since early 2020.
If you are a home buyer in need of a survey please contact Johnsons Surveys for an up to date survey report.
